  • We accept prepaid payments only.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
  • WTC is not liable for delays caused by external courier partners, but we will assist in resolving issues.

5. No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns on any products.
  • As our products are delivered in sealed bottles, once opened, they cannot be reused or resold due to hygiene and safety reasons.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is only applicable for:
    • Damaged or leaked products
    • Incorrect product delivered
  • Customers must provide:
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Clear images as proof
  • Requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • WTC reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after verification.

  • All content on this website (images, logos, text, graphics) is the property of WTC and is protected by applicable laws.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
